Join 3 Oaks Academy for our inaugural evening celebrating where our students come from — and where they're going. Every child at 3 Oaks learns in an education built for how their mind actually works — for dyslexia, ADHD, IEPs and 504s, and for gifted and twice-exceptional learners the standard classroom was never designed for.

This is a night to honor those students, the families who believe in them, and the future they're building. Beneath the oak trees, you'll enjoy dinner and drinks, live entertainment, and the energy of a silent auction, a live auction, and various raffles. As this is our very first gala, you'll also be among the founding supporters who helped a new tradition begin.

Beneath the Oaks

An unforgettable night of celebration and giving — and the start of a brand-new 3 Oaks tradition.

Picture a warm evening under the spreading branches of a live oak: candlelit tables, the hum of conversation, and a community that believes the same thing you do — that a child who learns differently deserves a school built for the way their mind actually works. That's the night we're creating, and you're invited to help begin it.

From the first toast to the final paddle raise, every part of the evening is designed to do two things at once: give you a night to remember, and open a door for a student who needs one. Come dressed to celebrate, ready to bid, and prepared to leave knowing you were part of something that mattered.

A seated dinner and cocktails beneath the oaks — an evening of food, fellowship, and conversation among the families, friends, and partners who make 3 Oaks possible.

Live music and entertainment set the tone for the night, filling the space under the trees with energy and warmth from the first guest to the final song.

The entry point.

2 event seats. Two guests attend the gala, enjoy the full program and dinner, and experience the school's story firsthand — often the moment that turns a first-time supporter into a returning one.
Swag bag for each guest. Your two guests each receive a swag bag.
Name in the printed event program. Your name appears in the sponsor listing of the program handed to every attendee — a lasting, in-hand acknowledgment of your support.
Recognition in the school's annual report. Your name is included in the donor listing of the annual report, published on the school's website year-round and shared with the full community and grant partners.

Seedling $1,000 Unlimited · 2 seats ▾

Everything in Acorn, plus being seen.

Name on event signage. Your name is printed on the sponsor signage at the entrance and throughout the venue, so guests see your support as they arrive.
Group social-media thank-you. Your name is included in a combined 'thank you to our sponsors' post across the school's social channels.

Sprout $2,500 Unlimited · 4 seats ▾

Everything in Seedling, plus the leap from name to logo.

4 event seats. Four guests attend — enough to bring a partner, a colleague, or a small client group.
Logo on the event website. Your business logo appears on the event's sponsor page, linked directly to your website.
Logo in the printed program. Your logo (rather than a text listing) appears in the program every attendee receives.
Logo on event signage. Your logo appears on the sponsor signage displayed at the event.

Heartwood $5,000 Limited to 5 · 6 reserved seats ▾

Everything in Sprout, plus the advertising tier.

6 event seats with reserved seating. Six guests are seated together in a reserved area, so your group experiences the event as a unit.
An item or flyer in the swag bags. Place your own branded product, coupon, sample, or flyer into the swag bags every attendee receives — your business directly in the hands of every guest.
Dedicated social-media spotlight post. Your own individual post highlighting your business and your support, rather than appearing in a group list.

8 event seats at your own private reserved table. A dedicated, privately reserved table — a hosting experience for clients, your team, or guests of honor.
Premium wine service at your table. One bottle of wine for every two guests at your table.
Larger, prominent logo placement. Your logo is featured at a larger size and more prominent position across the website, program, signage, and slideshow.
Logo on school t-shirts all year. Your logo is printed on the shirts the school produces across the year — field trips, Week Without Walls, and every event — putting your brand on students out in the community all year long.
Individual recognition from the podium. You are named aloud and thanked individually from the stage during the program.
Year-round logo on the school's website. Your logo remains on the school's website throughout the year, not only during the event period.
Logo on printed invitations. If confirmed before the print deadline, your logo appears on the printed event invitations.
4 tickets to the Rooted & Rising Luncheon. Four seats at our sister event, so your partnership carries across both of the year's signature gatherings.

10 event seats at a premium private table. Your ten guests are seated at a premium table in the best location in the room, nearest the stage.
