Four Simple Steps to Enrollment

We admit on a rolling basis year-round. While Estero is at capacity, families who complete these steps are placed on the waitlist in order — so you’re ready to go the moment a place opens.

Schedule a Tour

Visit the campus, meet our teachers, and see the learning environment in action.

Submit Application

Complete the online application and pay the $75 application fee. Include any relevant records, IEP/504 documentation, or transcripts.

Family Interview

Meet with the Head of School to talk through your child's needs, learning style, and goals.

Enrollment & Welcome

Upon acceptance, complete paperwork, pay the deposit, finalize tuition, and attend orientation.

Admissions FAQ

When can my child start?▾

We use rolling admissions — you can enroll any time of year when a place is available, with no fixed application window. Estero is currently full for the 2026–27 school year, so applications received now join the waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as a place opens.

Is there an entrance exam?▾

No standardized entrance exam. We get to know each student through an individual assessment, the family interview, and any records you share.

What about special needs or giftedness?▾

IEPs, 504s, ADHD, and dyslexia are welcomed — and so are gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) learners. Building the right plan around each child is exactly what we do.

Is financial assistance available?▾

Yes. Florida families may qualify for state scholarships such as Step Up For Students / Family Empowerment, and we offer payment plans. See Tuition & Aid for details.
