Built Different: Neurodivergent Innovation in Business. A forum on the real value of neurodivergent minds — in business, in the classroom, and in the future our students are rising into. Benefiting 3 Oaks Academy.

About the luncheon

Where they come from, and where they're going

Join 3 Oaks Academy for a forum on where our students come from — and where they're going. Every child at 3 Oaks is rooted in an education built for how their mind actually works, and every one of them is rising toward a future the world needs them in.

Rooted & Rising brings together business leaders, professionals, and community members for a conversation about the real value of neurodivergent thinking — in our classrooms, in our workplaces, and in our community.

Over lunch, you'll hear from our featured panel, see the 3 Oaks story up close, and learn how your support opens the door for a family who needs it.

"Different minds build extraordinary futures."

Featured panel

Built Different: Neurodivergent Innovation in Business

The centerpiece of the forum: a moderated conversation with successful neurodivergent entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders on how a different mind became their sharpest advantage — in their careers, their companies, and the way they see the world.

For too long, dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence have been framed as deficits to be managed. Our panelists tell a different story — one where pattern-thinking, hyperfocus, big-picture vision, and relentless creative problem-solving aren't obstacles to success but the very engine of it. They'll share the honest version: the years school didn't fit, the turning points, the workplaces that finally did, and the strengths that set them apart once someone made room for them.

It's a conversation built for everyone in the room — the parent wondering what's possible for their child, the employer rethinking how they hire and lead, and the student who needs to see an adult who learns the way they do, thriving.

A Different Advantage

How neurodivergent thinking fuels creativity, pattern recognition, and problem-solving that conventional minds miss — and why more companies are actively seeking it out.

From Classroom to Career

The honest path from a school system that didn't fit to careers and companies built on their strengths — what changed, and what finally made the difference.

The 3 Oaks Story

See up close how an education built around how each child actually learns lays the foundation for those futures — and why believing in a kid early changes everything.

Why It Matters

What our classrooms — and our workplaces — gain when we design for the minds the standard system left behind, and the real cost of continuing to overlook them.

Topics include the strengths hidden inside neurodivergence, building workplaces that work for every kind of mind, and how early, personalized education changes a child's trajectory — followed by audience Q&A.

A moderated conversation with audience Q&A. Featured panelists to be announced.
