Built Different: Neurodivergent Innovation in Business

The centerpiece of the forum: a moderated conversation with successful neurodivergent entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders on how a different mind became their sharpest advantage — in their careers, their companies, and the way they see the world.

For too long, dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence have been framed as deficits to be managed. Our panelists tell a different story — one where pattern-thinking, hyperfocus, big-picture vision, and relentless creative problem-solving aren't obstacles to success but the very engine of it. They'll share the honest version: the years school didn't fit, the turning points, the workplaces that finally did, and the strengths that set them apart once someone made room for them.

It's a conversation built for everyone in the room — the parent wondering what's possible for their child, the employer rethinking how they hire and lead, and the student who needs to see an adult who learns the way they do, thriving.

What we're looking for in a panelist:

Lived experience of neurodivergence — dyslexia, ADHD, autism, or another way of thinking.
A career, company, or creative path where thinking differently became your advantage.
Willingness to share candidly — the years school didn't fit, the turning points, and what finally worked.
A story that will resonate with the students, parents, and employers in the room.
Comfortable in a moderated conversation with live audience Q&A.

The entry point.

Everything in Seedling, plus the leap from name to logo.

4 event seats. Four guests attend — enough to bring a partner, a colleague, or a small client group.
