A Place That Feels Different the Moment You Walk In

Our Estero campus is intentionally small. Classes are taught in small groups, the pace bends to the student rather than the calendar, and the spaces are built for flexibility, not conformity — flexible seating, room to move, and quiet corners for when a brain needs a reset. Students aren't one of thirty; they're known, by name, by every adult in the building.

The result is a day that balances structure and freedom: strong, explicit instruction in the mornings, hands-on and project-based learning through the middle of the day, and time for the arts, electives, and individual goals in the afternoons.

You'll notice it in the small things — a student curled up with a book on a couch instead of a hard chair, a teacher kneeling beside a desk to untangle a tricky problem one-on-one, a class that pauses for a movement break and comes back ready. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all, because our students never were.

More than a classroom

Beyond the Desk

Learning at 3 Oaks doesn't stop at the classroom door. These are the experiences — on campus and far beyond it — that turn a school year into the year a child finally loved school.

Week Without Walls

Once a year the entire school leaves the building and learns somewhere new — a mountain summit, a working harbor, a windswept coastline. Students trade desks for the real world, stretch past what they thought they could do, and come home changed. It's the most talked-about week of our year. Explore it →

STEAM & the Arts

Science, technology, engineering, art, and music aren't squeezed into the margins — they're woven through the week. Students build, code, paint, perform, and experiment, uncovering strengths and sparks of confidence that a worksheet would never reveal.

Outdoor & Movement

Bodies and brains work better together. Movement breaks, outdoor learning, and flexible seating are built into the day, so restless energy becomes focus instead of a battle — and kids who "can't sit still" finally get to thrive.

Community & Service

Through volunteering and hands-on community projects, students connect to Southwest Florida and to one another. They learn early that they have something real to offer the world — and what it feels like to give it.
