3 Oaks Academy was founded in 2018 by educators who believe every student deserves a quality education in a safe, respected environment — where learning is personal and no child falls behind because of how they learn.
Traditional education works for many students, but not all. Some need a different pace, a different approach, or simply more personalized attention. That's the gap 3 Oaks was built to fill. Families tell us all the time, "I wish we'd found you earlier."
Think of education like building a house. When the foundation has cracks — gaps in understanding from previous years — you can keep building, but eventually the house starts to crumble. That's when kids start saying "I'm not good at math" or "I'm not a reader." But it isn't them; they simply haven't been taught what they need yet. We find those gaps and strengthen the foundation before building higher.

Pamalea Baker
Pamalea founded 3 Oaks Academy in 2018 with a background in education and a passion for personalized learning. She set out to build something different — a school designed around how each child actually learns, where students who think differently finally feel seen.
Under her leadership, 3 Oaks has grown steadily while holding on to the small, personal environment that makes it work: small groups, personalized plans, and teachers who know every student by name.
