3 Oaks Academy is a boutique, mission-driven 501(c)(3) with a proven model for students who learn differently — and the capacity to steward funds responsibly. Everything a program officer needs to pre-screen us lives on this page.
3 Oaks Academy exists to cultivate the potential in every student to thrive as a global citizen — inspiring a love of learning and challenging and supporting each child to reach their fullest academic success. We were founded in 2018 by educators who refused to believe that a child who learns differently is a child who can't.
We serve students the standard classroom was never designed for: those with dyslexia, ADHD, and IEPs or 504 plans, as well as gifted and twice-exceptional learners. Our model is personalized by design — small groups, personalized learning pathways, and our signature Week Without Walls experiential program.
3 Oaks Academy, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing. Full documentation is available to partners on request.

Students with dyslexia, ADHD, and IEPs or 504 plans, taught with Orton-Gillingham and multisensory methods.
Bright students who are gifted and learn differently — too often unsupported in both directions at once.
Families across Southwest Florida and the Lake Norman area who need a school built around how their child actually learns.

Our students don't just stay in school — they move forward. 100% of our graduates have been accepted to college, and our 9:1 student-to-teacher ratio means every child is known, measured, and supported individually. We track growth student by student and report it transparently.
