3 Oaks Academy is guided by educators who know every student by name and governed as a nonprofit accountable to its mission, its families, and its community.
Pamalea founded 3 Oaks Academy in 2018 with a background in education and a conviction that students who think differently deserve a school designed around how they actually learn. Under her leadership, 3 Oaks has grown steadily while holding on to the small, personal environment that makes it work.
